Climaveneta MAC.D series low dew point Rotating wheel dehumidifier Air Handling Unit adopts imported European brand silica gel and molecular sieve honeycomb adsorption drying runner.The honeycomb dehumidification runner takes ceramic fiber or glass fiber as the base material and is synthesized by special chemical method. The hygroscopic agent silica gel and molecular sieve are uniformly crystallized on the base material to make it have strong hygroscopic capacity.
The runner with this structure will not produce powder during operation,and greatly extend its service life.After the moist air passes through numerous micropores (adsorption desiccant) in the honeycomb dehumidification runner, the moisture is effectively absorbed, and the air separated by filtration and drying of the dehumidification runner becomes ultra-low dew point air.
The regeneration process is that when the runner arrives at the regeneration area, the high-temperature air is desorbed through the moisture on the runner and desiccant, and the runner regains the moisture absorption capacity;The runner runs continuously at low speed, and the dehumidification and regeneration are continuous processes, providing continuous dry air for the required space.
