CLIMAVENETA screw chillers cooperate with cooling towers or other stable cooling water sources, and use water as the cooling medium for central air-conditioning units to meet the annual cooling needs of buildings or process systems.The unit adopts twin-screw compressor and equipped with CLIMAVENETA patented evaporator, which is stable, reliable, energy-saving and efficient. The unit has a compact layout, small footprint, and low operating noise. At the same time, it has the functions of heat recovery and ice storage, and has a wide range of operation to meet the operating needs of users in different working conditions. It can be widely used in shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, factories, office buildings and other different types of buildings.

1.The frame and base in thick hot-galvanised shaped sheet steel.All parts polyesters-painted, so that the whole unit should not easy to rust.
2.The structure arrangement is convenient, compact and simple.Evaporator and condenser are arranged as upper and lower layers.Other refrigeration parts are arranged along the periphery of the frame, which is convenient for users to fully grasp the operating status of the unit.It can effectively protect the evaporator and condenser during transportation, installation and daily operation, and make maintenance more convenient. The layout of the unit has undergone three-dimensional optimization design, and the layout is compact. The optimized shape requires less maintenance and inspection space, occupies a small area of the machine room, and significantly saves space.
Compressor Description：
1.Screw：Semi-hermetic twin screw compressors not only runs smoothly, but also has a precise compressor rotor gap, which minimizes the leakage on the high and low pressure sides, thereby improving the compressor efficiency and having a high COP value.2. Rolling bearing:Aerospace-grade bearing ,strong and wear-resistant. By optimizing the torque distribution and reducing the pressure-difference, the axial torque and radial torque are reduced at the same time, the bearing force is improved, and the service life is effectively prolonged.
3.Oil separator:The compressor has a built-in three stage high efficiency oil separator, which ensures a very high oil separation effect even at very high exhaust speeds. By improving the oil supply and lubrication method, the exhaust oil content and exhaust superheat are effectively reduced, thereby further improving Oil separation effect.
4.Stepless regulation:Through the energy control of the slide valve, the cooling capacity can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 10%--100%.

Evaporator Description：
1.Heat exchanger type with asymmetric refrigerant paths to maintain the correct refrigerant velocity inside the tubes during both liquid and gaseous phases.Not only the refrigerant can be fully evaporated, but also the circulation resistance of the circuit is reduced.2.Not only has higher heat exchange efficiency, but it also has higher oil return effect.
3. The copper pipes are internally grooved so as to improve the heat exchange and improve heat transfer effect. The pipes are mechanically expanded onto the tube plate ends. An antifreeze electric heater prevents the formation of ice inside the casing of the exchanger when the unit is not operating but connected to the electrical supply. Differential pressure switch for controlling the water flow is fitted standard.
4.The design, manufacture and inspection of the evaporator comply with national standards and regulations for pressure vessels such as GB / 150 steel pressure vessels and JB / 4765 pressure vessels for refrigeration devices.
Condenser：
1.The shell and tube heat exchanger adopts high-efficiency double-threaded copper tubes, which improves the heat exchange effect between the refrigerant on the shell side and the cooling water on the tube side, and the heat exchange efficiency is about 30% higher than that of ordinary heat transfer copper tubes.2.The condenser adopts a unique air intake method to evenly distribute the refrigerant flow, prolong the condensation distance, and achieve the best heat exchange effect. It also increases the subcooling degree of the unit, which can effectively improve the cycle efficiency of the unit.
3.The design, manufacture and inspection of the condenser comply with national standards and regulations for pressure vessels such as GB / 150 steel pressure vessels and JB / 4765 pressure vessels for refrigeration devices.
Control Cabinet：
1.The unit startup and microcomputer control parts are integrated into the same control cabinet and located at the front of the unit, which is convenient for the on-site operators to operate in the machine room and between the units. The maintenance of all electrical parts can be carried out at the front of the unit.2. The electrical control box is made of high-quality steel plate, and the external surface has been galvanized and anti-corrosion treatment, which can effectively protect the electrical components of the unit.
3.For the safety of the operator, once the host is powered on, the operator will not be able to open the isolation board between the control and electrical components to ensure the safety of the operator.
